Well it is Saturday and it has been a fair week I feel great and enjoyed the time out side as many days this week we re cool and and sunny. Today and yesterday are two different though never got to go out rain all the time. The last time I got wet I got sick no more I learned a lot to listen my Grandma Gray always told me go a head little rooster I learned to listen now.

Well another day has come and gone not much going on a bad wreck near Cario and shcool starts here in Ritchie County tomorrow.
I read in the Paper that our court house is the only one in the state with out a good handi-cap ramp well there is other goverment buildings in this county that way the office used for city elections a person in a wheelchair cann't vote the library here in town has what they call a ramp but coming out you will go face first ion the middle of Wv STate Rt 74 as i did last year I would like to go to the Library. But this county and city makes you feel like yopu don't need to go them places.
Now the people at north Bend are a different story when I emailed them that on the trail there was a gate that kept me fom trail to town they were glad to help.

Nothing much to tell today the weather is great hope it stays this way where I can continue to get out and enjoy myself with the price of gas I cann't get out in the van much.

Well I up this morning and feeling good it got the coolest of the summer here last night 58 degrees feels pretty good that is all for now.

Nothing much to report here today. This Picture is the trail as it passes the mouth of Mary Thorn hollow west of 38 mile marker.

Been a long time since I updated guess not much to tell as far as I Know already coming up on the middle of August and it is still very hot.

As I was going down the rail trail in my chair today I came up on a wild hen turkey and her brood of eight crossing the trail this was a great sight twenty years ago the wild turkey was totally gone from our area of West Virginia. With help of hunters, the DNR and local farmers the wild turkey have made a huge come back. This what makes it so special to have a chair like my Jazzy 1420 to have capability to get out a long the trail to see these sights. I am returning to this section of trail tomorrow with my camera to get pictures of them.

This was a great day I got to do something I never ever thought I would do I got to go to Long Johns that was a a treat I never thought I could go there It has been eleven or more years since I have got to gp there the fish was hot and fresh I had chicken Planks and if it was not for my best friend taking to me and showing me I can get out and enjoy I know that don't sound like much but that was areal treat.
It was sunny today the morning was foggy the hottest today was 90 with low of 66 currently 81 and sunny.

Yesterday was the hottest day I have had for a long time there was a lightning strike that hit the power sub station tat resulted in a 23 hour blackout with temperatures near a hundred the heat became unbearable many of my friends who where on oxygen had trouble breathing as they almost ran out of oxygen their oxygen machines were not working. I guess you never miss electric till it is gone

Sure is hot today I stayed inside by the air conditioner and trying to keep cool.

Here it is the last week in July and it is hot tomorrow is hotter yet going to stay in and stay cool. On the turd head keeping the house clean and area around the house if he leaves his clothes out I throw in his stink hole he calls a room when he leaves I will need an industrial strength deodorizer or a toxic waste clean up team...

Well the 440 machine and northern 911 tower took a lightning strike yesterday. Only damage was to the surge protectors and the pre-amp on WB8NSL 442.850 machine.
Well each day we get closer to fall now summer is have over.

I never updated yesterday felt like crap had bad sinus infection but feel; better today you see the pile of trash I got out of garage. Nothing else to tell.

It is storming around the area today very hot humid outside today. I went out side today I was able to go from my room to the BACKDOOR WITH OUT RUNNING OVER A PAIR OF SHOES OR A PAIR OF SOCKS THAT SMELLED LIKE DEAD SNUNK WHO HAD JUST ATE A PILE OF COW S///. I am getting my house in shape with the help of my bestest friend and my other friends.

Well Derek and Amber and Aaron and Sherri got the mess cleaned up that Curtis made he is the messiest one person. The bills he gets he never opens them and I try to pay mine and he don't pay but he will have if it hold up till he gets out the greatest thing that can happen is him get out where I can live in peace where I can have dishes and silverware go throughout he house with out smelling his s---.

Got the garage done today the paint is looking great.

Went to the store today not much else going on went downtown also was talking to a lot people I enjoy that.

It rained here today not much else had some great summer squash for supper I like it baked. After that I have some cabbage to cook haven't had that for years.

Boy it was hot today Aaron started to paint the garage it sure dose look nice. The weather is going to turn wet I heard them say there was a red sky this morning That means falling weather or bad weather.
Just thought no where to this weekend have to run up and down the trail I Guess.

Well this week brings the middle of July as the summer is passing by fast as the start of hurricane season starts bringing us heavy rains.
165 days left till Christmas...

Out and about the glass festival parade and just sitting and talking to friend and enjoying getting out all except one person Bill Wilson came up and ruined my day he told me I needed to stay in and loose more weight. I try to treat everyone the way the lord wants me to but Bill sure makes it hard.

Had a good time talked to a lot of people at the glass festival I have just one person to thank she has showed me I can get out and go that person is my very best friend Sherri.

Nothing new to tell waiting to see which path Hurricane Dennis takes to see if we get any storm from it with rain. It is now a category 4 storm.

well went to Doddridge County Park had a good time talked to alot of different people at the cookout / baptism there was two people baptized everyone had a good time.

WEll it is July the 6th as we are now well into dog days as we get into the last two full months of summer. going to covered dish supper tonight. 171 days till Christmas.

Well not much to report on today there is alot activity on the pride chair sight on the white tail deer and ham radio postings.

Was raining this morning so not getting out very much it very humid to.

Today was another hot one as it was humid there is nothing much going on here today a quite fourth of July going to Doddridge County Park to a Baptism and cover dish dinner that is Wednesday at 5:oo pm.

Well i got home it was quite rain we had while we set by the fire till it hit then under the tent just talking that is the fun part telling them old stories of hunting, fishing .

I am ready to go again going back down to Jr. Davis' tonight after john and Dixie get home from church. All for now.

Well been on the go all day out running around to The thing at depot then down to a cook out at Jr Davis's place on Horner Run, Had a good time there was good music at the Depot today. Had good food at the cook out. The wether is cool tonight,

Well I was out and about today there was alot of storm damage around as we got a lot of wind and heavy rain with 3 inches of rain in about and area caused flash flooding as the lower part of my driveway washed some but it is still passable. There is nothing else to report.

Just ckecking in to say hello to everyone not much going on we are in for some rough weather here in West Virginia. There is a severe thunder storm watch for here. I was out on the trail when i heard a loud clap of thunder I turned MY 1420 jazzy power chair on high and headed home getting inside as the sky opened up.

The deer are on the move as are eating to put on fat for the winter. The days of summer are here but all summer wildlife prepares for the long cold winters as everything should do.
I just heard a bobcat was run over on the highway. thge squads and fire departments was busy arlier in the day.
WE are having a Fourth cookout the second of July.

Well we got a good shower of rain here today. I am answering questions so Pride Mobilty can do a web cover story on me. I guess that because I use one of thier power chairs. Not much to tell otherwise so hello to everyone I changed the setting You dont have to be a member to leave a comment.

Well it is a chance of rain here today we really need it. I was down to the bridge at No.9 along the trail today and the water in the wetlands along the trail have dried up. Nothing else to say.

Well the day come to a close with very little happninmg John and Mandy was out this evening. Amber, Aaron, and Derek was here today I enjoy the company and talking to people.
Checked into Tyler co net tonight everyone is wanting rain we need it bad. Gilmer co for got thier net tonight .

Well had another good time tonight as I sit next to camp fire talking and watching the kids chasing lightning bugs as they rise up from the ground as the sky shows its bright colors of red and gold as the last glimmer of sun glows on the trees on the eastern hillside. Each sunset is very diffrent in one way or the other.

Hot here again today as the weather continue to be very dry as can be and I hope that the dog days is not dry and hot.
I am going back down on the holler tonight to sit by the fire.

Just got home from cook out had a great time the deer are really out tonight. The day was hot and humid but tonight is cooling the old wood fire felt good. We talked about how we use to butcher hogs. How we would scald the hair off them and then take the rinds and make our favorite snack pork rinds and how the older people lived on fat meat.
I looked at the nice deer rack Jr had killed. I got my nerd badge today and my Yaesu hat. Had good Time. but i for got my camera we had fire works.

Well the weather is hot and humid again today I am going to a cook out and the ham field day. There is very little to tell it is sunny here and very humid 73 degrees and 80% humidity very warm for this part of the as we go into another day without rain.

Well it hot today I was out and it was very little wind so that maikkes it a lot hotter. The ground is dry the spring behind the garage has dried up. I went to the Iga today to get groceries. They are black topping old route 50 or Lamberton Road as the readdressing calls it.

Thoughts
As the years go by, they seem to fly
And seasons remind you of a period in your life.
Spring reminds you of peaceful and joyful playing wiffle ball as my mom and dad set watching from the front porch of the home where I grew up.
Summer reminds me of playing hide seek after dark chasing lightning bugs. Also a memory of first puppy loves with the girl next door.
Fall reminds me of the life as and a young adult falling in love being swept up as the bright autumn leaves in a cool October wind Marriage working together to make a small business pay.
Then winter hits cold and hard. As the one word changes everything as suddenly as a cold blizzard wind. That word was cancer that took the love of my life as I watched that once beautiful woman wasted a way in her prime.
But as sure darkness come so did her passing.
Then as the year passes sure, as spring comes life starts the cycle all over again.

Well i got the ramps to the garage today i can get there felt good to get dirty today with saw dust all over me. I enjoy working like that the scroll saw is what I like to run and my wood lathe. I will ejoy cutting out things again I need to get blades for the band saw. That Aaron is a big help he is a great kid.

Hello not much to report today it rained around 5am this morning hardly enough to settle the dust. Went down the trail today as it was sunny but not to hot. Nothing else happen. bye for now

Well another great day here we need rain here as it is getting dry here. was ont he trail seen three deers and two rabbits, a groundhog along it to d ay there is some berries ripening now. The Harrisville police are looking for amissing 14 year old girl they were trying to find my neighbor so they run my plates and my best friend sherri's plates.
there is alot of strange people in this town as it seems a lot of them has moved here.

Nothing new here just checked in to the two Ares Nets on the ham radio and worked on my photos for a while. Below is my web page go check it.

Well today was a great day amber and her boy friend Aaron got my house painted this got one great worry off my mind as now my house looks good as it has for years now get the garge painted and the blocks painted on the house. This was a great weekend i attened the local festival here in Pennsboro WV the Country Road Festival. I had great time sitting and talking to friends I had not seen for a while my power chair gives me the ability to get out go.
The weather here in my area is cool for the start of summer. High in 70's and lows in the 50's.
